Triple-Form Chelated Magnesium (240 mg)
Glycinate for calm and sleep. Malate for energy and muscle recovery. Citrate for efficient absorption.
Three forms, each with a specific role — not the cheap oxide found in most supplements.

Ashwagandha (100 mg)
Clinically studied adaptogen that helps regulate cortisol — your body's primary stress hormone. Supports
a healthier stress response and sustained calm without drowsiness.

Vitamin B6 (3 mg)
Cofactor that helps transport magnesium into your cells and fuels serotonin and GABA synthesis.

Enhanced Absorption

ONE FORMULA.
MULTIPLE PATHWAYS.

Stress Doesn't Stop at One System
Stress hits your nervous system, your hormones, and your sleep — all at once. Most magnesium supplements
address one layer. This formula works on multiple: magnesium calms your neurons, Ashwagandha regulates
your cortisol, B6 fuels the neurotransmitters that tie it all together.

Not All Magnesium Is Created Equal
Most supplements use one cheap form — magnesium oxide, with as low as 4% absorption. This formula uses
three chelated forms, each selected for a specific job. Glycinate for your nervous system. Malate for
your mitochondria. Citrate for reliable absorption. You're not paying for magnesium your body can't use.

Every Ingredient Has a Job
Magnesium does the heavy lifting. Ashwagandha amplifies the calm at the hormonal level. B6 gets magnesium
into your cells and builds the calming neurotransmitters. Black Pepper makes sure nothing is wasted. Four
actives, four roles.

Frequently asked questions

Why does this formula use three forms of magnesium instead of just one?

Because “magnesium” is not one single ingredient in practice. This formula combines magnesium glycinate, malate, and citrate to create a broader daily magnesium supplement rather than relying on a single form. That matters because magnesium supplements differ in how well they dissolve and are absorbed, and the NIH notes that some more soluble forms, including citrate, tend to have higher bioavailability than magnesium oxide.¹ Small human studies have also found magnesium citrate to be more bioavailable than magnesium oxide.⁴

Is this more of a sleep supplement, a stress supplement, or a muscle-recovery supplement?

It is really a hybrid. Magnesium is involved in muscle and nerve function, normal heart rhythm, and energy production, so it naturally fits a “calm + muscle + recovery” positioning.¹ Ashwagandha adds a stress-support angle, and current evidence suggests some ashwagandha preparations may help with stress and insomnia, although the quality of evidence is still mixed and product-specific.²’³ So the most accurate framing is: a daily magnesium formula with an added adaptogen, not a prescription-strength sleep aid.

Should I take it in the morning or at night?

If your main goal is sleep, calm, or nighttime muscle comfort, evening use with food is the most intuitive place to start. If your main goal is daily magnesium replenishment or general stress support, consistency matters more than the exact clock time. The label direction is 2 capsules once daily with food, so the best routine is usually the one you can stick with consistently.

Who should check with a healthcare professional before taking it?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have thyroid or autoimmune disease, take sedatives, anticonvulsants, thyroid medication, diabetes or blood-pressure medication, or use antibiotics such as tetracyclines or quinolones, it is worth checking first.¹’² The magnesium side matters because magnesium can interfere with absorption of some medications, and the ashwagandha side matters because NCCIH specifically advises caution around pregnancy, breastfeeding, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, and several medication classes.²
