We stand behind the quality of Neumina products. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help, subject to the following guidelines.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our 30-day refund guarantee is valid only for U.S. customers who purchased products directly from our official Shopify website. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly and refer to their return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are dietary supplements, health and safety regulations dictate that all returned items must be completely unopened, unused, and with the original safety seals fully intact. Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are strictly non-refundable. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process & Timeframe

To initiate a return, please contact us at pr@neuminanutrition.com. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.
  • Important: Our return center must receive the returned package within 14 days of the return authorization. Returns received past this window will not be processed.

Damages, Shortages, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Any claims of shortage, damage, or wrong items received must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. We kindly ask that you retain both the product and its original packaging while we review your request, as they may be needed for further investigation. Our team will promptly assess the situation and make it right.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at pr@neuminanutrition.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be canceled or intercepted. In this situation, you must wait until you receive the package and then follow our standard Return Process outlined below to initiate a return. Please remember that return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, and the products must meet our unopened and sealed eligibility requirements.

Refund Mechanics & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds are only issued for items that were successfully delivered back to our return center and passed inspection.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
