Shipping Rates & Qualifications

Free Shipping (Orders $50.00 and over): Applies to any order with a subtotal of at least $50.00. To qualify, please ensure your subtotal reaches $50.00 after any discounts have been applied and before taxes.

Neumina Subscriptions: Enjoy FREE shipping on all active subscription orders, regardless of the order value.
Order Processing & Modifications
Once orders are placed, they are immediately sent to our fulfillment center to be packaged and shipped. Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to guarantee any cancellations or updates to the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders that are not canceled or skipped prior to processing and shipping are not eligible for a refund. You can manage your subscription preferences at any time through your customer account portal.
Delivery Estimates & Delays
Domestic standard shipping generally takes about 3-7 business days. Please note that transit times may be subject to change based on holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Neumina will not be held accountable for delayed shipping or lost/stolen packages once your order has been successfully dispatched and handed over to the carrier.

At this time, Neumina exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
