Cancellation policy
At Neumina, our fulfillment systems are highly automated and designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, our window to cancel or modify an order is extremely limited.
Please read our cancellation rules carefully before placing an order.
1. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted solely via email to our official support team at pr@neuminanutrition.com.

Please include "ORDER CANCELLATION" and your Order Number in the subject line to help us expedite your request.

Note: We do not accept or process cancellation requests via social media direct messages (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), comments, phone calls, or any other channels.
2. Standard One-Time Orders

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process or been dispatched from our warehouse, we will gladly cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment (No Exceptions): Once an order has been printed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be intercepted, modified, or canceled. Sending a cancellation email does not guarantee that the order can be stopped. If your cancellation request is received after the order has been processed, you must wait for the package to be delivered and then follow our standard Return Policy (which requires items to be strictly unopened and shipped back at the customer's expense).
3. Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a Neumina recurring subscription plan, you are responsible for managing your subscription preferences.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Customer Account portal on our website.

Processed Subscription Orders: If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date and the order is automatically generated and processed, it falls under our "After Shipment" rules. We cannot cancel or refund processed subscription orders simply because you forgot to cancel in time.
4. Invalid Shipping Addresses
Orders returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout are not considered "canceled" orders. If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a reshipment fee may apply.
5. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, we will immediately issue a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
